Build Progress - 09/23

Bit slack on the updates here, but theres a few.

Benchwork is now completed along the peninsula including the foam. This has allowed me to get ready for future track laying.

Plan printed up and placed down

I also tweaked the lower level plan a bit for the small switching area. I've left it for now as i'm trying to get the railhead to Nowra before October ends.
